About Tickets

osConcert has the option of providing online printable PDF seat eTickets. (E-Ticket with Concert Name, Venue, Date, Price etc)

Customers can access the PDF eTickets at checkout confirmation or directly at their account they made when they registered to purchase seat tickets. PDF eTicket attachments can also be sent with their order details in the order confirmation email.

Tickets details can be edited using our template editor in Admin. It will be printable black text over a background image - type png, jpg, or gif file.

Each ticket can have a unique reference ID identifying the actual order, name of customer and QR Coding with reference to customer, order and seat ID or any data you wish. (Can be customized)

Presuming your customers have access to printing and preferably a laser printer this is a big advantage to your business. A sure way to save time and money if customers accept the advantages of E-Tickets.

osConcert is compatible with  Pic2Pro  smartphone scanning app directly using data from  the osConcert database.

About the Seat Plan

osConcert can usually be installed with relative ease but the hub of it all is developing the Seat Plan.

The Seat Plan is carefully hand made to fit into your MySQL database. It could contain from 10 - 10,000++ seats, color coded and priced accordingly (color banding editable by the user).

The clickable seats are actual products from the database arranged with a stylesheet and presented as a responsive visual seat plan for easy selection and reservation by customers.

We have created functional shopping cart plans for the New York Rose Theater, London Palladium, Wilshire Ebell Los Angeles and even the famous Prague Dvorak Hall.

Please bear in mind the shape and size of your proposed Seat Plan ...even better send us details when asking for a price and we can assertain if it is suitable for our software

Multiple versions of the seat plan can be loaded into the software. Each seat plan loaded will be available for concurrent concerts/events. Many seat plans can be LOADED giving you many days ahead to take bookings, if for example you have a performance every night.

Version.9.9 - Design Your Own Seat Plan

A default new feature users can create an Event Category > Add Products and allow a Box Office Agent to arrange the seat products by dragging them in a Design Space at the Front End. Positioning of the objects will be saved immediately and a stylesheet will be generated in the home page. This feature is only recommended for Events with up to 200 seats. For more complex arrangements the usual seat plan integration is highly recommended with the full support of osConcert.

About Payment Systems

osConcert can be used with most all Payment Gateway Systems including , WorldPay (UK), STRIPE SCA, Paypal API (not recommended), PAYU, REDSYS, ePay, Square Payments, MOLLIE, MIGS and many more.

osConcert can also be used as Reservation Only with no payment systems in place. Visitors can be contacted later to arrange payment for shows far in advance. A perfect way to manage event reservation over and over again at low cost.
