Over the years we have integrated hundreds of theatre seating layouts and made them ready for the osConcert Seat Reservation Software
Our final theater seat plans are basically dynamic css stylesheets where each seat is a product rendered from the database. We can load as many seat plans as we like to take care of our show performances. When the show is over we can reset the data and make them ready for the next events.
Exhibitions and Market Stall Reservation are interesting projects, we have created clickable layouts for local markets in the USA, street markets in Europe, and city markets in Nigeria. Furthermore I undertake complete Event Admission Ticketing Projects.
Theaters of the world come in all different shapes and sizes, we try to represent seat plans the best we can onto a webpage. If they are too big for a typical page we can break them up into categories e.g Stalls/Balcony. We use color banding to represent pricing.
When it comes to management of Reserved Seating we have many ways to prepare and manage layouts. Blocking seats and rows is easy. We can even block seats as a 'Restrict To Groups' feature so that your VIP guests or special Ticket Selling Agents have priority. We can block single seats as SOLD, RESTRICTED or HIDE them totally. Color banding can be applied to single seats or whole rows and sections. Pricing can be adjusted quickly via the 13 color codes and concession discount can be enabled for the entire categories or selected 'Rows/Categories' only.
Because of COVID Social Distancing we also developed a seat blocker for Box Office Agents to easily block seats in no time at all not just one seat plan but for multiple seat plans that you have loaded into your system. Box Office Blocker.
