Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
At https://www.osconcert.com/nametheclown, we provide non-tangible services such as game credits and membership subscriptions. Due to the nature of these products, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed. By making a purchase, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that:
Refund Policy: All purchases of credits and memberships are final. Refunds are not issued for any reason, including:
- Changing your mind
- Not using the purchased credits or membership
- Finding that the product does not meet your personal preferences
Exceptional Circumstances: In cases where technical errors lead to non-delivery of credits or issues beyond the customer's control, we will assess requests on a case-by-case basis to offer appropriate resolutions, such as store credits.
Cancellation Policy: Membership cancellations can be requested in writing at any time. However, any previously purchased credits or membership periods are non-refundable and will remain active until the end of their term.
Credits and Vouchers: Any refunds, where applicable, will be issued as store credits or gift vouchers to be used on future purchases.
